CERTIFICATION & TEACHER PLACEMENT PROGRAM Requirements

To ensure successful placement and competitive wages, TESOL Elite has established the following teacher requirements. Meeting these criteria guarantees placement opportunities and enhances earning potential. While these requirements are recommended, they are not mandatory to enroll in the program. Applicants who do not meet the criteria to teach in Thailand may still participate, but placement is not guaranteed, and wages may be affected.

• Undergraduate Degree: An undergraduate degree from a recognized English-speaking university (exceptions on case by case basis)
• English Fluency: Applicants must be native English speakers or provide proof of English language proficiency.
• Health Requirements: Applicants must be in good physical and mental health and eligible for health insurance.
• Age Range: Applicants must be between 19 and 50 years old.
• Criminal Background Check: Applicants must pass a criminal background check in their home country.
• Passport Requirements: Applicants must hold a passport from one of the following countries: (exceptions on case by case basis)
