Teacher Placements

TESOL Elite partners with Elite Agency Thailand, our dedicated placement company, to connect  graduates with teaching opportunities across the country. Most placements are in public Thai schools located in the Issan region, where teachers are in high demand. However, it is also possible to be placed in other locations, including private and international schools.

• Elite Agency Services: Based in Thailand, Elite Agency Thailand provides comprehensive on-site support, including:
  • Orientation sessions to help participants transition into their teaching roles.
  • Professional portfolio creation, including video lectures, headshots, and resumes.
  • Interview preparation to ensure participants are ready to excel in school interviews.
• Placement Agency Services: Placement agencies handle the following:
  • Liaison with schools to match participants with suitable teaching opportunities.
  • Transportation arrangements to placement locations.
  • Assistance with securing accommodations.
  • Work permit processing.
  • Ongoing support throughout the placement duration.
• Location Preferences: While placements are often in Issan, we strive to accommodate requests for specific areas or to be placed with friends. However, these preferences cannot always be guaranteed.
• Duration of Placement: Typical contracts range from 6 to 12 months, providing flexibility for participants to tailor their teaching journey.
